How do I load local model folders?

Select a folder

1. Open the browser in NAM Rig.
2. Select the Local source tab.
3. Choose Select Folder, or drop a model folder onto the Local browser area.
4. Wait for the scan to finish.
5. Use local search if the folder contains many files.
6. Load the selected result into Pedal, Amp, or Cab.

Folder scanning

NAM Rig scans compatible model and IR files inside the selected folder. Hidden files are skipped.

Large folders can take longer to scan. If a folder is messy, make a smaller folder that contains only the NAM and IR files you want to use.

Loading target

Choose the target slot based on what the file represents. Amp models go in Amp. Pedal captures can go in Pedal. Cab IRs go in Cab.
