What is kept locally
NAM Rig keeps downloaded TONE3000 model files on the machine only when the tone is saved as a favorite. Those files live in NAM Rig's local TONE3000 library.
A favorite must have downloaded model files on this machine before it can be used locally without another download.
Offline and signed-out use
Favorites with downloaded model files remain available later, even when the computer is offline or when NAM Rig is not signed in to TONE3000.
Signing in is still needed to browse online TONE3000 content, sync favorites, or download tones that are not already stored locally.
Temporary downloads
Downloaded models that are not favorited are temporary session files. They are cleaned up when the NAM Rig session closes.
This means browsing and trying online tones should not keep accumulating model files on your drive. If you want a downloaded TONE3000 tone to remain available, favorite it.
