Troubleshooting

What should I do if TONE3000 browsing shows an error?

Check internet access, sign in again if authorization expired, retry temporary errors, and use local files while online service is unavailable.

Common states

  • Signed out means you need to log in before browsing account-based content.
  • Auth expired means the saved authorization is no longer valid. Log in again.
  • Offline means NAM Rig cannot reach the online service from your current network.
  • Service unavailable or error means the online service or network request failed.
  • Rate warnings mean too many requests happened in a short time. Wait before retrying.

What to try

  1. Confirm your internet connection works.
  2. Select Retry for temporary errors.
  3. Log in again if the browser says authorization expired.
  4. Wait a few minutes if a rate warning appears.
  5. Use Local to load files from your computer while online browsing is unavailable.

Firewall and VPN notes

Firewalls, VPNs, captive Wi-Fi portals, or strict network filters can block sign-in and downloads. Try another network if the browser works elsewhere but not on the current connection.
